Counselling
The Wish Centre offers a specialist counselling service to support anyone affected by domestic abuse.
Counselling provides a safe, confidential space to talk about your experiences, understand how they have affected you, and make sense of emotions that can feel overwhelming. It is non-judgemental and non-directive, giving you the opportunity to feel heard and validated.
Our counselling service offers you 8 sessions, each 50 minutes long. Sessions are held at our offices in Blackburn or online via Teams. The counsellors are all volunteers and are a mix of qualified and trainee counsellors.
